Selling of products online are governed by articles from 45 to 67 by legislative decree No 206/2005 (Consumer Code). The customer has the right to withdraw from the contracts or from contractual proposals, guarantee to him the right to give the selling product back and to obtain the refund all payments. The right of withdraw can’t be applied to sealed goods that you can’t give back for hygienic reasons or for reasons connected to health that have been opened after the delivery.
The customer is responsible for the reduction of good’s value due to a different handling than that required to establish the nature and the characteristics of the good. It means:

The right of withdrawal is reserved only to consumers (people who buy products non for reasons related to their own professional, commercial or business activity), so it cannot be monitored by juridical persons that act for purposes inside the professional activity carried out.
Costs of returning are payable by the customer.
Modalities and times of exercising the right of withdrawal.
The customer has 14 (fourteen) days to withdraw.
The withdrawal period ends after 14 (fourteen) days from the receipts of goods or, if services, from the end of the contract. Within this period the customer must tell to Ecomela of Ceschia Roberta the will to withdraw the contract by one of the following means:
By sending a registered letter with advice of delivery or a telegram or a fax with an explicitly notice about the decision to withdraw, to the following address/number:

Within 3 (three) working days of the arrival of the withdrawal communication, Ecomela of Ceschia Roberta will send to the customer, to the e-mail address provided in order or in the withdrawal request, the Return Authorization Number (NAR) that will identify the practice.

In the e-mail where you communicate the NAR it will be clearly marked the address where to send the products.
The term is considered respected if the Customer provides to send the product before the period of 14 (fourteen) days will expire.

If the customer will decide to make use of the right of withdrawal, he/she will not have to send any written request to Ecomela.
Methods and timing of refunds to the customer of the product’s cost and shipping costs.
In accordance with Article 56 of Legislative Decree 206/05 Ecomela of Ceschia Roberta will provide to refund all the payments within 14 (fourteen) days from the date it became aware of the right of withdrawal by the costumer, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from an eventual choice of a different kind of delivery from the less expensive type of standard delivery offered by Ecomela of Ceschia Roberta); in any case the costumer will not incur any cost as consequence of this refund.
Ecomela of Ceschia Roberta could withhold the reimbursement until when it has not received the undamaged product or until when the costumer has not demonstrated to have sent back the goods, whichever situation occurs first.
For purchases made with one of these methods of payment:
Cash on delivery
Bank transfer
Postal Bullettin
Ecomela of Ceschia Roberta will proceed to transfer through bank account.
For purchases made by payment with credit card the refund will be made through transaction transfer directly on credit card.
For purchases made by PayPal, the refund will be made through transfer to costumer’s account.
