Limpid apple juice produced in the region Friuli Venezia Giulia is obtained by the transformation of apples grown in the same territory following the area traditional methods. The raw material used is represented by fresh apples, that may be damaged in their external appearance or in their size, but with a pulp in perfect conditions, such as to guarantee the perfect organoleptic characteristics.
